Help for finding these pokemon in Black 2

[Iggy Koopa Jr]

I'm looking for Skitty, Tepig and Emboar, does anyone know if a NPC trainer owns them in-game?

I believe Skitty is capturable in that one place at the end of Castelia Sewers, but that might only be W2, and Tepig and its evolutions are only obtainable if you chose it as your starter.

Skitty is indeed White 2 only.
