Photoshop Help randomly tries to open and crashes the program.

I never click on "Help" in Photoshop, but sometimes (it used to be rare, but now it suddenly just happened twice within two days) I will try to do a random operation (seriously it's never the same thing, it's literally random.) What happens is I get like ten dialog boxes that suddenly appear on top of each other that say "There was an error initializing the Adobe Help application." The sheer number of these dialog boxes crashes the program ("Adobe Photoshop has stopped working and needs to close") and I lose most of my work.

I have searched Google for a solution but all I can find is a thread on Adobe's support forum where nobody could replicate the problem. Any ideas?
