How to turn off E-mail notification

I get an Email every time someone PM's me and its getting annoying.

I thought I saw an option to turn this off sometime a while ago, but now I cant find it. Can anyone heeeelp?

Maybe Ill do that, but usually my E-mail just says in the subject "[SUSPECTED SPAM]" and that could make things worse if my mom sees that.

If you use Yahoo, you just send it to spam once and it redirects it there every time.
