Don't have cable. Is Netflix worth it?

It really depends on what TV shows and movies you like.

If you are a fan of Cartoon Network or Disney, then it is for you.

Don't expect to see Viacom shows like SpongeBob and South Park, though.

The price is also really cheap ($8 per month) so you would be getting a good deal.

honestly the quality of netflix has gone down quite a bit (both us and canada). they took out some of my favourite things like chappelle's show cause copyright shit
there are still plenty of gr8 shows however, like this and i recently found out about this which is pretty interesting if ur interested in that sorta stuff
if you dont have a bandwidth cap or anything id recommend netflix over cable cause you can watch pretty much all the popular stuff on demand, with no commercials

but if you like watching sports and news and other tv stuff that isnt on netflix then you should prob go cable

late response but

netflix tends to have a specific type of show (drama/comedy sitcom/serial stuff). What it has is pretty good, and it has a lot of good shows and movies, but it's definitely missing out on a lot of stuff.
