Glitchy Takes ORAS/XY Pokémon Requests

So with PKHeX I can make any kind of Pokémon I want with a QR code, and I will take requests. Keep in mind even though I will make them legal for use in the Battle Spot (assuming the request is legal and not something like a Magikarp with Judgement, Dragon Ascent, Dark Void and Roar of Time), they are still technically hacked.
 
Can you make a perfect Adamant Arceus with these attacks and EV:
252 EV attack, 240 HP, 16 speed
- Extreme Speed
- Shadow Force
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance

Edit: With PP max on all attacks

Actually, can you replace Shadow Force with Shadow Claw? I don't think you can make legal an Arceus with Shadow Force because it's from an event.

Hey I tried this out too have you noticed when you get a Pokemon like Mew if you didn't have one before it's not registered in the pokedex?
 
Sorry for bumping that, but can you please make a lv 100 Ditto with Impostor and 6 perfect IV? Nature doesn't matter.
That would be so convenient for breeding.
