Help Me!! I keep forgetting stuff!!!

I don't know if I have a memory loss disorder!!
I had forgotten to close doors or turn off the lights and to get my bus ticket or my black box of artistic tools!
I suddenly forget stuff even if it is a habit.
Do I have alzehimer at an early age or I am distracted?
 
why don't you go to a doctor instead of asking on a goddamn forum????
 
it sounds like you have a spatial memory problem which you may be able to improve by playing games that are meant to help with neuroplasticity http://playwithyourmind.com/memory-workout-program/spatial-memory-game/

also you have to admit it is pretty silly to ask for advice about such a thing on a mario forum. when you talk to your doctor tell them you're having problems with spatial memory. no you don't have alzehimer's but eat more folic acid anyway, it's good for you. do you like avocados?
