Toadettefan, since you may read this, I know you said you don't like Save a Characters as much anymore because they can be too long, so I am giving the same type of accommodation for this thread as I did for the Save a Character: Nuts thread; you can save up to three characters until there are eight villains left, and save up to two characters until there are four villains left. That way the pacing is both good and as good as any other type of elimination thread.

Frollo should definitely win this. From his intimidating presence throughout The Hunchback of Notre Dame as the most powerful, yet most intolerant person in Paris, thought-provoking and real-life style of villainy as he hypocritically does all his evil deeds while still thinking he is a righteous, just person, and smooth but creepy voice that really amplifies his calculated personality, and also leads to his villain song being the best Disney villain song due to its willingness to take risks, Frollo really does have an aura of fear just like any Disney villain should have, but in a more personally resonant, real-life manner for me.
