Chat Bot help

I am in need of a chat bot In #MCFactory, i didn't know which forum this should go in, so just move it if it's wrong. But anyway, i need a bot that can kick someone that cursed, and flooded. And maybe a few more, but i can't remember right now >.>

It's reccomended you have mIRC to have bots.

Are you sure he said Youtube? He said Intertubes, and the Internet is a series of tubes, so it'd be Inter-whattheInternetismadeof, but I might be wrong.
