What are the terms for "off-topic" on GameFAQs?

I made a topic about the Pic of the Day on the Smash Wii U board and it was deleted for off topic posting. I mean what the actual heck? Then I made another one that was even more clearly about the POTD while disputing the first one. They deleted that one for the same reasons and haven't responded to my dispute. How fucked up is GameFAQ's moderation that they don't give two squats if its on topic or not, they'll just BS it so they have an excuse to delete something.
