Naw, in all seriousness, realistically I'd like to see:

  • Return of all veterans from Brawl(I honestly don't think Roy and M2 have shots, sorry)
  • Except for snake and Wolf
  • Ridley, they can scale him
  • Bipedal grass pokemon, probably Sceptile because ORAS and Sceptile is a beast
  • Pink Gold Peach
  • The Hyrule Warriors Ganon with a unique moveset
  • Mario Brothers

And some bosses!
  • Marx
  • 02
  • Mother Brain
  • Return of Rayquaza
  • Return of Petey

why not both. But Sceptile should have priority over Mewtwo.
 
Mother Brain is confirmed as an Assist Trophy so that's not happening.
