Me: But seriously, Route 102 is open now. Also, I researched this this Route. Apparently there is this Pokémon called Ralts here and the final evolution is like God-tier. Problem is, Ralts is appears only 4% of the time. Ugh. Still, I am determined

How am I supposed to win when Ralts only knows Growl? Let me check this on the Internet besides actually thinking off a strategy.
