ALRIGHT DAMN THIS
After I've beaten Bowser the credits roll.
It's a parade like in the first paper mario, pretty cool I suppose.
Also every single person in the credits deserves to be fired for coming up with this crap.
Aaaanyways here is the proof that I have beaten the game
I would've taken a photo of the "The End" screen but it scrolled past me and I couldnt react that fast lmao.
So.
This was it ladies and Gentlemen, hope you enjoyed yourselves...
...but of course this wouldn't be over without one last roast.
Where do I start... Well firstly, out of all the easy as fuck boss battles, what in the hell where they thinking when they came up with the final Bowser?
I mean seriously, 5 phases with different weaknesses? hello?
Furthermore, I want to address the absolute pinnacles of shit in this game:
The ultimate worst levels IMO:
#3: 2-5 - Drybake Stadium
How beautifully long and insane this level was.
It's the absolute climax of bullshit in World 2, which as I've stated before got worse and worse.
I still think World 2 has been overall the worst, being over World 4 for the sole fact that it has been longer than it.
Drybake Stadium is a repeating mess of randomness, forced fights, and downright stupidness.
Look back on the Day 9 Update to see what I mean.
This has not been the place where I got stuvck on my first playthrough in 2012 without a reason!
#2 4-5 - Whiteout Valley
Talk about forced fights? This level brough that TO THE MAX with like 40 forced fights against Fuzzies and Paragoombas, while being frozen over and over again.
It just sucked. No further comment. Day 19 for further reactions.
And now *drumroll*
WHO WOULDVE GUESSED IT
4-3 - THE ENIGMANSION!
...
I swear that has been a threat to my sanity.
I may be bad at searching boos, but this level just SUCKED SO IMMENSIVELY
I SWEAR THE CRYOUTS OF RAGE HAVE BEEN THE WORST AFTER THIS LEVEL
THIS PILE OF DOWNRIGHT WRONG LEVEL DESIGN
OF RANDOMNESS
WEIRDNESS
EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS LEVEL WAS WRONG IN SO MANY WAYS
The Enigmansion stands for everything that is wrong with this game
all of it can be found in the Enigmansion:
>lack of direction
>meh plot
>shitty battles that are easy if you use a certain item
>boring
Seriously this level IS Sticker Star.
Enigmansion is Death.
Enigmansion is Hate.
But now, to not end this on a negative note, here's something on the good parts of the game.
I mean it had it's moments.
Like the gameshow in 3-10
The random Birdo appearence
5-3 Long Fall Falls
6-2 Bowser Jr.'s Airship (easily my favourite level apart from the gameshow)
And last but not least our lord and saviour
WIGGLER JESUS
There have been plenty more moments too,
overall I can definatly confirm this game to be TOTAL TRASH, but there were those tiny little moments that make me gather hope that the spirit of paper mario is not entirely dead yet.
And with that my friends, we are done for this Let's Play.
This will not have been the last time I've made a forum LP, other things will follow.
