yeah, i was a bit disappointed at first
it feels more like what apple's been doing, with releasing a slight improvement with a few minor upgrades
i hear the fingerprint sensor doesn't work that well, though
the new touchwiz doesn't look too ugly, somewhere halfway between old touchwiz and ios7
i think it's worth buying if you don't have an s4; then it wouldn't be worth the upgrade
