YouTube link help

http://youtubetime.com/ allows you to link to certain times of a YouTube video, but how did the user here show a blue time link for each track in the description, without displaying the full URL?

Very simple don't worry, you won't even need http://youtubetime.com/

In your description write:

00:00

Minutes goes first, followed by seconds. You could add text before or after it, but be sure to insert space splitting the time from the text.

Besides that, YouTube allows creating links to set starting times by default, in the tab Share.

Youtubetime.com is redundant this way.
