Is my Wii-remote third party?

I got that in Saudi-Arabia.

It is written completely in a language, which i think is korean.

It has the Original Nintendo Seal Of Quality logo (Similar to the logo in this boxart nut instead the "Seal of Quality" are split into 2 lines)

It is made in China

It has a:

"FOR SALE AND USE IN KOREA ONLY."

Two questions:
1. Which store did you get it from
2. Where is your Wii console from (region)

It looks like a legit Korean product, but the upside-down seal is what sets it apart.

I got it from Jarir BookStore in Saudi Arabia, I don't have a Wii

RVL(M)-KOR-3 on the top-right
then
NIN-RVL-003KOR-31 and more Korean words

Under the Nunchuck hole (or whatever the name of that thing) there is a "RVL-003"

Looks like a regular Korean Wii Remote.
