I just Google'd it.

It's a character that dies early after introduction. Reference from Star Trek where the (red-shirted) guards die often or something.

but considering 90% of the story focuses on jav and yw, additional villains are the least important part

What would we actually do? Give people writing tips, help each other out with fictions, fix grammar mistakes on other fictions. Cool stuff like that.
