Jeigan is a guy in the first FE who had pretty good base stats when you got him in the start of the game. Only problem: his growths were nonexsistant. SEriously.

He was an EXP sponge. You used him early on and he was unplayable later due to his horrible growths. People like Jeigan are called Jeigans.

Unless he's Japanese or keeps close watch on every game that's going to be released in Japan, I don't see how that's relevent.

Heard it wasn't that good, due to the horrendous gaiden chapters.

I lied. The Gaiden chapters may have horrible requirements (Sacrificing characters ftl), but Class Swap is awesome. :D
