I understand that Sheer Force gets rid of secondary effects. Does this apply to Sky Attack, or does it still take two turns to use?

I guess I got my flying STAB. Yes. I am training a Braviary. It's currently a level 38 Rufflet.

Just checked. It still takes two turns. It's effected by Sheer Force because it has a flinch chance.
Nevermind then.
The first thing you should have done is gone to smogon. Most of the strategies don't have Sky Attack/Sheer Force so it must not be OP.
