On July 6, my family adopted this little boy. He is 7-8 months old, and I have named him Walter Brown, which was the name of the founder of the Boston Celtics.

He's spent a lot of time hiding, but he has made remarkable progress over the last several days. I think my two older cats, Dougie and Darla, have accepted him as one of us.

I'm so excited to have him here. This is also the first time in my life I've had more than two cats at once.
