How do you get Louie's notes on the piklopedia & treasure collection in Pikmin2?

I do know that Louie does have notes on the treasures in Pikmin 2. I have only found the treasures in the tutorial level and one treasure in the Awakening Wood. Are there only certain treasures and lifeforms that Louie has notes on or does he not have any notes on any of them?

you get his notes on creatures after you beat the final boss

the treasure collection sales pitches (from the ship) you get by completing various sets of treasures

louie's notes are pretty freaking funny. he describes the enemies as his DINNER.
