Petrillow - Weeping Pokémon
Grass/Ghost
It lives in the forest and weeps loudly at night. Danger is said to befall those who hear its cries.

Moveset: Leaf Blade, Perish Song, Synthesis, Mean Look


It's based on a weeping willow and a banshee. The inside of the mouth is based on petrified wood.

Just based on a tulip that looks possessed.

Edit: Ability: Sap sipper/leaf guard (depends on what time you catch it)
Hidden ability: Cursed body

Can only be caught from 12:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Well I'm not entirely sure where Power Gem would come from. I say replace Power Gem with Mean Look. Just my idea though.
