Did you try dropping down a difficulty level?

After you kill the "Iron Maiden", you get Rhyme as a really good pin. I did 200 damage with it once.

I have all Pins mastered, all items collected, all character stats maxed, all Noise beaten at level 1, all drops from Noise collected, and a 9 Minute Final Time Attack.
