PS4 meeting 2013

The middle part flips up to be another screen.

Looks like the same ol' controller to me.

There's no need to make extremely drastic changes to it just for the sake of changing it. Hell, I wouldn't mind if the Wii U's controller was similar to the Gamecube's.

N64's controller 4 evur.

Anyway, I'm on the fence about getting it.

Yeah, I know. I wasn't saying it was a bad thing that it looked like the same ol' PS controller.

I never owned an N64 but those controllers look different.

was the whole used games not working on the ps4 been confirmed or not?

Well, it might not be able to play PS1 and PS2 games because of hardware limitations (a complete assumption there) but I can see it playing PS3 games. Speaking of which, I heard only certain PS3s have backwards compatibility; is that true? I only have a PS2, so I don't know for sure.
Original versions did, but Sony removed it because they wanted people to buy the new games instead of older games for the PS2

No, they removed it because that emulation was more or less "let's put a PS2 inside a PS3 and see if it works". Most games had issues, and it added like 100$ to the price, so you can see why they removed it. Besides, most awesome PS2 titles are available to play anyway either in HD remasters or the PSN store, and neither is really as expensive.

You spelt "Classic Controller" wrong.

Hated Classic Controller, Pro Controller is better

I use the GameCube controller for VC, but I do want to own a Classic Controller at some point.

Oh, I see. I didn't know they re-released some PS2 games on the PSN store; that's really neat. What are some games they re-released?

Must take a lot of effort to make a next-gen console that's made of pure invisible energy.
