windows xp problem

so, i'm on the internet and all that

browsing around and BAM instant restart

WHY IS IT DOING THISSSSSSS (p.s, posting on wii u, it won't restart)

Could you provide more information on this? Did you see something when it restarted itself? Did you get a Blue Screen? If so, what was the error-code?

it just restarts and says "the system has recovered from a fatal error" or something like that

"the system has made a log of this" etc etc

Then what is in that log?

it doesn't say

it just says "would you like to send this log to microsoft"

but anyway, i think i found the problem anyway

it probably was just overheating, so i kept it off all night

and it's been working fine since then, so lock please

if anything like this happens again though, then, i'll probably just leave it off overnight
