It's possible your phone can caption pictures, but I've never used a Windows Phone.

You could try reinstalling Windows if you have the retail and not the OEM. (Keep in mind that formats the whole computer.) You could also get a good Anti-virus that could help out your system.

Did you get a fake Anti-Virus?
If so, do you have another Account on your PC?
If so, that's your hero(ine):
1. Log out from your Account.
2. Log into the Account you didn't use yet.
3. Install AVG.
4. Scan.
5. Fix'd.

That's how I saved my friend's PC, before he even noticed that.
