A Userpedia problem...

So, as most of you know I'm not on a computer, and I want to join Userpedia, but it says "Account creation has been disabled. If you want to create an account, contact an Administrator in the Chatroom".

The problem is, I can't do a chatroom on my phone, and even if I could, my mom wouldn't let me.

Is there any other way I could join?
