My avatar is supposed to be animated but it is not appearing to be. I uploaded it from my computer. Can someone help?

When I view your avatar, it comes up as a PNG file, are you sure you didn't accidentally convert it somehow?

I'm sure it's a gif but it converts it to a png. I'll download it from another browser or something.

For animated gifs, you need to upload it to an image hosting site, like Imgur, then copy/paste the image's URL.
