Welcome to Vote to Win: Songs! The rules are the usual: vote for the song you like the most, you can change your vote as often as you like as long as you don't do it too much, don't insult other songs or players, and you must include every match in your post.

Now, for nominations:
-The nomination limit per person is currently 8, though this can be adjusted.
-There will be 64 songs, unless there is more interest.
-Any type of song is allowed, from singles to soundtracks to video game music. Covers and remixes are allowed.
-Only one cover of a song is allowed.
-Multiple remixes of a song are allowed, but they must be notably different from each other and the original song. For instance, Black Hole/Green Sun and Black Rose/Green Sun would both be accepted because they do not sound too similar.

"Another One Bites The Dust" - Queen
"Seven Nation Army" - The White Stripes
"Burn It Down" - Linkin Park
"Big Balls" - AC/DC

Re: V2W: Songs

Might as well.

I'll try to nominate more well-known songs than the underground ones that I listen to sometimes (e.g. Gary Numan's songs that aren't "Cars")

Corey Hart - "Sunglasses at Night"
Chicago - "25 or 6 to 4"
Midnight Oil - "Beds are Burning"
Tears for Fears - "Mad World"
Thomas Dolby - "She Blinded Me with Science"
Depeche Mode - "Policy of Truth"
Depeche Mode - "Halo"
Naked Eyes - "Always Something There To Remind Me"
Dexys Midnight Runners - "Come On Eileen"
Yes - "Heart of the Sunrise"
Yes - "Roundabout"
Yes - "Owner of a Lonely Heart"
"Weird Al" Yankovic - "Eat It"
Michael Jackson - "P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing)"
Michael Jackson - "Bad"
Men at Work - "Down Under"
Starship - "We Built This City"
The Moody Blues - "Nights in White Satin"
Rebecca Black - "Sing It"
U2 - "New Year's Day"

I doubt Sing It will do well, but it actually has twice as many likes than dislikes on YouTube, so.

Fine, I'll choose 8 out of those.

Re: V2W: Songs

Ah. Could you please tell me the link? I'm on an iPad so I can't do much.

Re: V2W: Songs

Also, not really sure I'll use those if they're not in English.

Re: V2W: Songs

I told you, if you want to nominate it, I'll allow it.

So, unless I miscounted, we only have ten more songs to fill!
