Potential Villainous Pokemon Teams

So, what about Samurai? Their name could be Team Integrity and their goal would be to hunt down and slay ancient mythological Pokemon like dragons to show superiority. Also, they would aim to gain political power and overthrow modern governments like actual samurai strived for. They'll also like to invade towns and take valuables in a similar way to how Team Rocket took over Silph Co. and the Goldenrod Tower, except the goal will be a whole town.

I don't really care what kind of team it is (ninja, pirate, whatever), but I would like to make them more purely evil, rather than having a misunderstanding or taking a good idea too far (i.e. Magma, Aqua, and Plasma). I like having actual bad guys; it's more fun defeating them
