How do I get a profile picture and signature?

I'm new and I can't find an option that allows me to get a profile picture! Please help!

Don't worry about it, UltraLuigi! I was a n00b and had this same exact question!

If you want to add an image to your signature, use this:

[IMG]Whatever the URL is for your picture goes in here[/IMG]
