Blurry Graphics

[New Super Mario]

I was playing PS1, and I noticed the graphics were like blurry and fuzzy, and like moved around sometimes. Anybody come across something like this with N64, PS1, or something like this. I think I just got to switch to a smaller tv and it will be fine though

I guess it has to do with the TVs that we're using.

Yeah I'm gonna put it on one of those small tv's that come with campers and see what happens than

Could just be because fifth generation graphics were kind of shit.
