A Ground Rule Double is when the ball hits the ground without crossing the foul line, then it goes over the wall. It is counted as a free double.

An inside the park home run is when the ball hits the field without crossing the foul line or going over the wall, then the batter goes through all three bases and reaches home plate safely.

A Grand Slam is a home run with the bases loaded.

Probably the Inside-A-Park one. A Grand Slam (If you have the skills to get a Home Run in the first place) is like any normal Home run. And while a Ground Rule doesn't happen often it's not as much hard as it is luck.

Reaching all 4 bases when you didn't even hit a Home Run you would have to have not only good speed but hope the opposite team does enough stupid mistakes for that to happen.

oh.

Well, it all depends on the dimensions of the field, wind direction and speed and where the outfielders are playing.
