What cartoon character freaks you out?

What cartoon character creeps you out? Perfect Cell kind of creeps me out. His voice tone and some of his lines sound suggestive and creepy. Though I can do an imitation of his voice.

the perfect trumpet thing from Courage.
 
I don't really get creeped out by much of anything, though if I had to pick something, it'd be that fucking trumpet thing from Courage.

We're not scared of it. It's just the one character.
 
Lets see... Violin Girl and Him from the Powerpuff Girls. (But that's the reason he is my favorite PPG villain)
 
Courage managed to have alot of creepy things in it's run. Especially for kids Courage can get really creepy. Honestly it should be no surprise that Courage gets mentioned alot when a thread pops up about creepy/scary/freaky/etc. things in cartoons. Courage was full of them. It was still a wonderful show though.
 
Mad Pierrot from Cowboy Bebop is genuinely unnerving. I can't say anything from Courage since everyone else has already said that, so I'll just say Tetsuo Shima from Akira
