I'm never happy… except when I put in the effort to be. On topic of effort, people appreciating my hard work helps my mood too. A lot of different factors influence one's mood, and you can help yourself become healthier mentally as well as physically such as by… right, I need to stop rambling and trying to help sometimes. Hard for me.
