If he had hurt YD, it would have been 3-2, not 4-1. Since he can't double-hurt, and because eliminated racers can't vote, YD would have to make the next move, making it 3-1. There's no possible way, unless YD just gave up (which he wasn't planning on doing), to win from 3-1 if Dry-Petey had to make the next move.
