Steve Jobs stepped down as CEO of Apple, Inc. He'll be replaced by Tim Cook. I know that's bad news for one of my friends, but what are your opinions?

I've heard about it 2 days ago, I don't like this to happen, as every time Steve is no CEO, all of the sales, all of the ideas, etc. aren't as great as when he is a CEO.
