Most people tend to use SignAvatar, but I have my own Application, which is a lot easier to use, and faster, IMO.
I won't share the Application's source code yet, though.

then why don't you begin hosting a service for it instead of bragging about it and only accepting personal requests

I'd need to make some plans on it before doing so, since it's all hosted on virtual servers, so it's not capable for over 9000 people.
But my YouTube clone works, which is now removed, so why not?
