I'm hosting a Mario Kart DS Tournament on 28 August at 6:00 pm GMT.
It will be a single elimination tournament with a 3rd place match.
I'm hosting a tournament for the first time and i hope to do it well right of the start.
The matches will consist of 2-player races and whoever wins two races first wins the match (a best-of-3).
The semi-finals, the 3rd place match and the final will be best-of-5 (win three races first).
The tournament needs at least 8 players or else it will be too short.
If not enough people join, i will change the time, until it takes too long. In that case, a double elimination tournament will be held among the available players.
The tournament will be held by friend wi-fi matches. I will join every race as a referee but i won't do anything so i don't interfere with the results. When you are in the tournament, i expect you to be online on Quicktopic as well. This is because i will announce the upcoming match on the quicktopic.

The few requirements to join this tournament consists of:
Necessary player information (Username, Mario Kart name, WiFi Friend Code, Character and Kart you are using)
And i must have received the sign-up before 27 August 2011.
