What does (Hidden) in users online list means?

Some users choose to hide if they are online or not. This can be changed in profile settings.

Actually, if they have a hidden profile status, it says they're offline.

Also, if you not hide it, you'll go offline 15 minutes later, unless you click on an item, or refresh within the 15 minutes.
