Fluttershy doesn't have "patience". The only thing stopping her from being a total bitch (or rather, the only thing stopping her from being more honest about it) is her cowardice.

They already shared a not-quite-friendship last time Discord appeared, and she'd be able to teach him that it's possible to have fun and goof off while still playing by the rules. I agree with Crash but this may be because I've hated every pinkie pie episode

Crash is a real person.
Rainbow Dash is a cartoon character who cannot get hurt.
 
If they make a sequel to Who Framed Roger Rabbit with horses in it, then I'll believe you.
 
I'll believe that they're that particular kind of cartoon character.
