If you think so....I'm trying to give it a shot. Does everyone use Paint for comics? I do.

What do you mean by "special effects"?

I don't know how to put sprites in a background without making a white box around the sprite.

NEVA! mines are admittingly confusing, all i can do is make fight scenes, you got a good storyline, but need to use a background, sprites for objects etc.
