I grew up mainly with Super Mario 64, but I think my dad bought it for himself. I think the first Mario game that was given to me intentionally was Super Mario World for the Gameboy Advance.

I never owned Super Circuit but a friend lent it to me and I didn't like it much at all.

I agree with the popular opinion on hating Daisy and baby Daisy. I can't stand her voice, and I have bad experiences with her and Mario Party games.

I have a small, keychain sized green Yoshi, a 5" black Yoshi, a 36" green Yoshi, and a small Mario that came with FLUDD.

I've had a very similar experience to that, though the first thing was a banana I didn't see. Mine was on Rainbow Road on the Wii during online matches so that was embarrassing to say the least.
