Turboo's account is literally over 12 years old. Therefore, he would be well over 13, as a one year old or even a toddler would be completely incapable of knowing how to create an account, and probably wouldn't even know what the internet is.

What about people who's birthday are February 29? Do they wait until they are 52 if they weren't this way or wait until a year (that is on March 1 of the year...) after their 3rd birthday?
