For circles, use your arm rather than your wrist to draw them. You'd be surprised at how effective that is.

I usually only do it by accident when I need to draw more than one line or circle, and then I can't replicate it so I need to delete the best one and redo it to be worse so it doesn't clash with the other ones. Art is weird.
