pretty sure this logo is new. tbh i prefer the old one but this one is good too. maybe i'm just not used to this change yet

the old one looked like it suffered from anorexia so i prefer the new one

You unlock it by saying "Baby Luigi is the best character ever".

It's a forum moderater. If you realised, it is written below a specific user's avatar. Basically, they re gods in this forum, they can delete threads, move threads, make updates to the forum, stuff like that...

saying they are gods is a not really good wording.

specificially their abilities are, as far as i am aware:
- the ability to delete any thread or post
- the ability to move any thread
- the ability to change the role of other users
- the ability to create subforums
- the ability to temporarily or indefinitely (not permanent, if the person improves) ban any user
- the ability to edit any post

however of course they're only going to do things like this when it's necessary and they'll always make agreements before issuing bans and stuff, usually only after repeated offenses (but it can get instantly banned if it is considered a big enough of a wrong)

Actually, I don't think mods have the ability to change the forum's logo. It sounds like something only Steve (porplemontage) can do.
