Like seriously, I'm SO sick of all this violence; it's depressing to constantly hear about it; people really need to CALM DOWN and stop being so angry and doing violent things like this.

Where exactly have these events been happening? Have they been happening locally, in your county, in your city?

No, but I've heard about them happening everywhere in the country and the world, last I heard. And it scares me.

Think about how huge the world is, how massive this country is. There's shit happening everywhere, all the time, but because of how big of a scale it is, it's not like you'll get shot walking to a grocery store. Even with the out of control gun ownership in the US, it's still safe to go to places, this isn't Honduras after all.

Aw crap delayed post. Anyway it's just in the last one-two years there have been more shootings than ever before and it's very alarming is all.

It is, but this is a large scale thing, unusual for this country. Locally, you still shouldn't be worried about enjoying life and having fun at movie theaters, because again, you're still more likely to die driving to a theater, much much much more people die from motor vehicle accidents every day than mass shootings.

Agh delayed post again. Yeah, @Xiahou Ba, you're probably right. I guess the danger is only a little more than it was before. I still hope it stops soon though.

@Xiahou Ba I just hate hearing about things like this. I hate hearing about anybody getting hurt, especially because of hate crimes and the like. It's not right.
