The Buzzy Theory I've been working on since 2024
It's apart of the BCD (Buzzy Connection Department) where we search for creatures within or out of the Mario series, Compare them to the buzzy beetle with a few tests and if successful shall be placed on the list.
(Keep in mind these are all theories, not saying they are official. If it seems off you must remember not all Variants in the Mario series aren't usually the exact same like Goombas and Octoombas)
This is a True Minecraft Mario Mashup story that happened to me today. If your a Minecraft play and you have never seen what mobs have been replaced I'll tell you before I begin.
Dry Bones/Skeleton
ShyGuy/Enderman
Hammer Bros/Zombies
Piranha Plant/Shulker
Now that we got that out of the way, let's begin with The Dry Bones incidents
It all started in my Mushroom house. I was chillin with my Dogs in The Acorns Plain section. I saw the air ship in the sky Everytime but never attempted to see what's inside, so I decided today was the day. I went in the cannon, died a few times since the Cannon was janky but after a while I got in the Air ship. Bullet bills were in the air and Anvils representing Bill Blasters were there, it was beautiful. Then I saw a pipe, a big green pipe in the airship. Without thinking, I jump inside and land in a puddle of water, I was now inside the airship. I explored around until I tripped on a wire which started shooting arrows, which weren't that bad, easy to avoid that I took some arrows with me. I see another Pipe on the roof so I went inside and followed the path inside. I fell out of the pipe....
AND I WAS JUMPED BY A ROOM FILLED WITH NOTHING BUT DRY BONES! Dry bones were literally everywhere, there were so many that when some were shooting me they shot each other which made them start shooting each other while shoot me which was my first death to these guys. I lost all my gear in that airship which means those guys stole my equipment. So I came back for a rematch, killed a few Dry bones before getting killed again. My new plan was to bring one of my dogs to the airship to help me kill the Undead Koopas. I bring the dog into the ship and expect him to do something but nope. The dog sat outside the pipe basically making it useless getting me killed again but this before I did I pulled a lever which opens the Dry bones room, now the dry bones can roam freely. I come back again this time with both of my dogs but one of them slipped off a cloud and died leaving me with 1 dog again. I plant a bed on the airship so I won't have to take the Cannon anymore and hop in with my dog and a New Bow. We knock out a few Dry Bones here and there until another kills me again dropping my backup items for the dry bones to take, there was this one Dry bones who not only had my armour on but my weapons, making him the strongest so for this story we'll call him Commander Bones. When I died my dog attempted to Kill Commander Bones since my dog just got done killing a few more Dry bones but something sad happened....
Commander Bones kills my dog with one swipe of my hammer.
At this point, I was pissed and half of the Dry bones were killed so I went back in, killed some dry bones with my bare hands until I was face to face with Commander Bones. I charge at him and start punching him against the wall but clearly he was stronger with my armour on, plus he still had a few more Dry Bones with him, that's when I found out the only reason he has this many dry bones was because there was an Egg in a dispenser and whenever one of the Dry Bones hit the dispenser a new one was Born, that's why there were so many dry bones. So when I dropped back in I ran in past the Bones and took out the eggs in the dispenser so no more can be made, which got me killed again by Commander Bones. At this point I was done, if I was gonna go out, I was gonna go out fighting. I hope back into the airship and grab my hammer off the floor that a random dry bone dropped ans ran into the room with Commander Bones.
We fought like beasts, He has the upper advantage with my armour on but I wouldn't let that stop me. After enough beating I finally killed Commander Bones and got my armour back.... Just to get killed by The last dry bone that was hiding the whole time. So I went back in, killed that sucker and ended the Dry Bones war. I lost two friends in the Crossfire, Rest in Peace Poochy and Poochy. I finished off the airship by getting Stealthy so I can enter a secret door because after I killed the Dry bones a Shy guy came in and started Lurking the place. I entered the door and had a Face off against a Piranha plant and 4 Hammer Bros, which I won, entered the secret room, got a Music Disk, and jumped out of the ship into the water. I'm never entering that ship unless I need to.
Well, it's been a while since I posted here so I might as well start now
Let's talk about the strangest yet oldest Mario enemy: Spark.
Spark first appears in Donkey Kong JR with this design, keep this in mind because we're gonna change real quick
This design of spark would also Appear for Donkey Kong on the Gameboy (Despite only 1 appearing in the entire game).
Now here's the real kicker that Personally has me confused because unlike most enemies, this guy made it into the Super Mario series with Super Mario Bros 2 taking on an entirely new design yet no behavior change
This design got so well known the damn thing actually showed up in the Super Mario Bros Super Show making it the only Donkey Kong JR or even (Original) Donkey Kong enemy to appear in an official television show as well as appearing in some Nintendo comics.
It also made it into the Yoshi's Island games with a new design and Behavior, it even appeared in Yoshi's New Island giving it its first 3D model
Its final appearance (so Far) was in 2024 in a Zelda game of all games taking on a completely new look yet keeping its Wall moving behavior from the older games.
Before we end this off, let's go through the Two variants this legendary enemy has, first being the pretty basic Magnet Sparky that only appeared in two Mario Vs Donkey Kong games. It doesn't need much of an introduction considering it does the exact same thing.
And it's Faceless yet still personality filled variant, the Wire Trap which also has its appearances. First appearing in Donkey Kong (Gameboy) making more appearances than it's original counterpart. It moves along a Wire (like it's name says).
It's next appearance would be Super Mario Sunshine, making this any version of the Sparks first 3D appearance! They still go a long tracks but come in two different colors.
They even appeared in Donkey Kong Jungle Best (WII only) where they are given eyes for the first and only time
And they make their final appearance for the Donkey Long Gameboy remake Mario VS Donkey Kong in 2024
In conclusion, Sparks are some of the oldest yet most important Mario enemies in the entire franchise. Without them we wouldn't have Wall moving enemies like Hot heads. So whenever you see any Spark, let it be, just acknowledge it for the mark it made on Mario history.
There's something about the Smb3 show (The adventures of super Mario bros 3, very weird name) that's brings a smile to my face. Out of any of the Mario films or shows, this and the 2023 movie and the only ones that fleshed out the mushroom kingdom. We also got to see multiple locations throughout Smb3 that make this world even bigger like the Cloud land
I also love the design of the mushroom kingdom, they tried to mix the regular platforms and blocks with this environment to match the levels of the games.
And the dark lands isn't that dark to me but gets the job done, just wish it focused on the dark aspect.
Being a sequel to the already amazing super Mario Bros super show, it does good, sometimes even a little better since the super shows locations were all over the place.
The characters return once again, although Mario and Luigi's original voice actors were replaced the new actors do the job.
The main thing I love about Mario is it's enemies and this show doesn't disappoint. It makes the sledge bro one of bowsers main minions due to they're strength.
And sometimes others like the hammer bro, flame chomp, dry bones, or para Goomba would come in but it's mainly the sledge bros.
And to top this amazing show off
It has my baby Buzzy boys, Para beetles
The spiny cheep cheep family is the dumbest designed species in the entire series. The idea of spiky fish is a great idea, but what's the point in a spiky fish when the water levels allow you to move freely, it's not like you can step on cheep cheeps underwater...... Except for SMBW where spiny cheep cheeps would been a great editions since in that game cheep cheeps can be stomped on underwater.
And the other two (Porcupuffer and Spike bass) might be more of a chase type fish, but there's no point in the spikes, chase fish don't need to have spikes because you can't step on them to begin with. Luckily 3D world made the porcupuffer much better since they are bigger and can't be ground pounded

I find myself to be a Mario player for 12 years and I've been learning a lot about the series.
Watched all the shows and movies (except the DK country show since I never count DK unless it has Mario in it) and played almost every mainline Mario game. I enjoy being in this community and I have made some fangames. If you have any questions I can answer, I'll try not to use Google.
So I have 6 favorite Mario enemies and I'll name them from my absolute favorite to just my regular favorite: Buzzy beetle, Blargg, Bully, Scuttlebug, Urchin, and Wiggler (this does include any variant/species of them).
Most of my favorite enemies are just disrespected by the Mario series so I'll talk about them all and give my ideas on how they can return.
1. Buzzy beetle: the buzzy beetle is a perfect enemy and it's disappointing to know that the spinies got into the 3D games before the buzzy beetles. Not only are buzzy beetles interesting but they are useful! Buzzy beetles are fire and lava proof, Spike tops can walk on walls and ceilings, Para beetles can be used for sky levels, and the buster beetle brings difficulty into any level. But not only did the buster beetle never show up again, but in Mario wonder the buzzy beetles only appear and not anyone else. And in multiple 3D games they have been replaced for absolutely no reasons, the closest we got to buzzy beetles being in a 3D game was Paper Mario, the origami king. My idea to bring them in more games (including 3D) is to make them more of lava enemies, use them for swimming levels and what not.
2. Blargg: Blargg is a lava dragon who was only in a few games with his last appearance being Super smash bros ultimate as a trophy. Now Blargg has many members/replacements like Hooktail, Magmaw, and my personal favorite, Charvaargh. Blargg never shown up again after smash bros yet his family members did. Blargg did kinda return in Mario RPG remake with Czar Dragon (even tho he's a lava babble and not a Blargg). Blargg should return since he started it all and the Czar dragon should be his official redesign with a Few minor tweaks to make him look like his normal self. Maybe in 3D games he can start going on land like he did in the super Mario world show (the same show where we saw his full body). I'll use this image to represent him.
3. Bully: the bully is an enemy mostly found in 3D games but only appeared in one 2D game (SMM2). The bully hasn't been seen since SMM2 but that game isn't even canon so his last canon appearance was bowsers fury which was made in 2021, it's 2024. The bully has to be the easiest enemy to add with many variants able to be made.
4. Scuttlebug: if you thought the bully was treated wrong then meet the scuttlebug. The scuttlebug originally appeared in super Mario 64 and since then became the basic Mario spider enemy but that slowly died down and just stopped getting used. The scuttlebug is able to adapt to both 2D and 3D games there for it shouldn't be hard to add them
5. Urchin: The urchin is one of the best Non-fish Sea creatures in the Mario series and has been used fairly so what's the problem? Not only have they not been used in any 3D games but they have the least variants out of all my favorite enemies which is a shame to me. An easy way to add them into a 3D environment is to use the old method they had a super Mario world, moving around. Also we should add more variants to give out more variety since they never appeared in a paper Mario game yet the big one did.
That's all. This was mostly my opinion on the matter
Let me know what y'all think and maybe I'll talk about it
