Yeah, Warner Bros. Discovery is really on their way to surpass Disney in being an evil company, and Disney is already evil enough. And when you can say anything about Disney being the lesser evil, you know you have problems.

i dont have any steraming services but seeing this situation unfold is yeah genuinely heartbreaking. i keep hearing how terrible creators are treated with them not even getting copies of literally their own shows. the fact that wb apparently literally just erased the batgirl movie from existence even though it was LITERALLY ALMOST FINISHED and then so so much work as a result just went to nothing, completely erased irreversibly. for a paycheck? For a god dam paycheck?
i can hope for nothing less but for wb to go bankrupt. i hope they cease to exist as a company. jesus christ. luckily it has been backfiring on them i think
i also hope this causes some change to happen with the industry but its awful we had to lose so much for it to begin with. its so awful

I don't think it's Warner Bros fault but more Discovery's and the fact they have a guy who mainly presided over reality programming (one of the core fundamentals of Discovery) as the helmsman.

I heard from a TVTropes video example that they stopped producing DVDs and deleted all officially uploaded footage (including the pilot and promotional material) of a show called Infinity Train, and the only way you can watch it now is through unofficial uploads (aka piracy). What scumbags this company is!

And I just found an article from Cartoon Brew about Owen Dennis (creator of Infinity Train) calling out WBD for doing this. Truly heartbreaking for everyone.

I've heard Discovery CEO is a big Trump guy and only wanted Warner to convert CNN into Right Wing Propaganda
