honestly, I lack confidence about doing commissions so I usually decline on that note (don't want someone paying for something that isn't satisfactory). It's possible I don't reply right away if I see the message while out and about, then forget about it. It happens with every kind of message for me lol

I've gotten ghosted by like, six different people though and my boyfriend said he got ghosted by a bunch of different people too. Are we just unlucky or is this a thing that happens a lot?

If they're people who actively take commissions that's a different story :P
