If it is that clear that your friend was groomed by that guy, then still report it. Luckily history vindicates people who tell the truth once it comes out

I'm not sure who I could report it to. The groomer lives in Germany and I'm pretty sure the main server their friend group all talks in is owned by him. And even if it's not, the two of them have been somewhat public about their relationship and everyone just seems okay with it somehow so I really don't know what to do.
